Important and Rare Document

Manuscript indenture on vellum. Harvey Morres Lord Baron Mountmorres of Castlemorres Kilkenny to John Hayden, of Irishtown, Kilkenny leasing a house & lands in the Parish of St. Canice, City of Kilkenny. 

On the back is a separate transfer of the same property from Hayden to Anthony Blunt, and to Richard Pococke Lord Bishop of Ossory. The consideration being thirty pounds and sixteen shillings. Original document with seals and signatures etc.
